Yes was first given a room with a bed was unmade and used had dirty dishes in sink. They did change room front desk very good

The HVAC fan blared a loud clanging sound every 15 minutes all night. I got no sleep. The following morning I was given a room with HVAC that worked. It also had printed info and a chair that my first room didn't have. I was given a second rate room.

My family loved the convenience of the location. Easy access to Logan Express to and from the international Airport,South Shore Mall and restaurants. The rooms where larger than expected and comfortable for all.

2 rooms(308 and 315) out of the 4 rooms rented had roaches. When I reported to the frontdesk, The rep.informed me that I need to leave a message for the manager. They did not offer an additional cleaning or another room. Nor the option of compensation.

Front desk manager was the rudest customer service experience ive ever had. And thats saying a lot. Younger man didn't greet me nor said anything to me after about 5 sec. Then said not asked "checking in". When i said yes he just muttered "liscense and c.

I had a terrible experience. I didnt like anything.

I didnt like the cleanliness of the room, there were bugs and roaches in the room. I had to check out early and throw away all my food and perishables due to insect exposure. The door of the room was stuck and didnt open and close easily.
