The In-house restaurant and bar were convenient and the room was clean.
Negatives:
The management is horrible. The room next to us was smoking and loud and woke us up from a dead sleep. Management seemed annoyed about our multiple complaints at 1230am and 230am and security didnt do much to help. I got no sleep and breathed dirty air.

Location was great for visiting universities in the area. Close proximity to the "T" stations. Nice lobby, and view of the river. The room was spacious for the Boston area, and very clean and comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly.
Negatives:
We asked for extra pillows, and were told there were no extra pillows. After telling the front desk of my husbands arthritis, we came back to find they had left us extra pillows, so thanks for that. Ideally, wish there were more restaurants close by.

Pool, location, robe in room to walk to pool, cider and apples was a really nice touch
Negatives:
Upon arrival staff was not friendly. They did their job, but for $800/night Id expect someone a little friendlier. Same with the attendant in the garage. Everyone just seemed like they were having a bad day. Bellman at the front door was the only staff who smiled at me.
Elevator was down, so one elevator for our side of the hotel led to delays. We were on the 4th floor and several times had to wait and push the button a 2nd time bc when the doors would open, the elevator was full.

I liked the staff, very friendly and upgraded my room to River view for signing up to your loyalty program. Indoor pool was awesome. Great gym, loved on-site Starbucks and $10.00 credit. Parking was a good value and easy to come and go without separate charges.

Hotel was in a great location, the beds were comfortable, we had a beautiful view of Boston out of our window. We enjoyed our stay!
