The shower was hot but you couldn’t wash up. Needs a hand held wand. Coffee needs to be available 24 hours in the lobby. There should be some grab and go items for breakfast. Lounge needs to be open earlier on weekends and holidays.

Very nice hotel. VERY clean inside. Excellent value. Staff was ok. Room was VERY clean and well prepared. Bed was ok, but nothing special, but that may be just our opinion. The room was nice sized and of a "European" design... Very simple, no frills, almost austere. But perfect for our needs. We were on the third floor in the back... Very quiet and nice and dark at night. Lovely view out back of nature; no Streets, highways, or businesses... Just nature.
Negatives:
There was no light bulb in the reading lamp and it was too late to call. The shower was nice but it took 10 minutes to get get hot water and there was very little water from the shower head. A person with long hair could NOT wash their hair in that shower. The sink water was hot, but like the shower, needed a big dose of Flomax!
We did not pay for breakfast with the room, and after seeing the selections in the frozen food section and the prices for them, we made the right choice. It's all expensive frozen prepackaged foods. Go to a nearby restaurant.

Fit and finish wasn’t quite as polished as I would have liked. For example, just sitting up in bed and reading caused the mattress to slide forward. Also, the exterior felt dated.

The location was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could have used the door closer to our room but there was no entrance there.
I was pleased with how quiet the room was. The sheets smelled like clean linen when sat on the bed. We never heard any sounds from the hallway all night.
Negatives:
When we went to leave the next morning the entire hallway carpet was soaked with water! I don't know what happened, we were on the first floor so it couldn't have been the rain. But I am glad I was in my boots!

Okay would stay again if...
Positives:
Benson, Deidra and Marium were very polite, courteous and accommodating. The grounds, lobby in rooms were immaculate.. we couldn't stop talking about your establishment to our friends. Looking forward to a return trip as, this establishment is is now on our weekend getaway list.
Negatives:
The only problem we had was that ou toilet seat lid was loose. This quickly remedied by their maintenance staff.
