The noise. One can hear the water in the pipes for upstairs and surrounding rooms. Awful! Further, housekeeping talking loudly to one another in the hallway. Breakfast was awful! Location, awful. Overall, awful stay.

Hot tub was not in use and it's the reason I picked this hotel and there was a used razor left behind on the bathtub. I'm going back to Massachusetts for the holiday but picked a different hotel for these reasons.

Clean for being an older property. Staff was helpful and attentive. I liked that they sent my receipt before checkout. I

I booked specifically for the hot tub, which was closed and from what I understand has been for months. Also, the pull out sofa bed was on the floor, and we were not informed breakfast was included or what time. The room was strangely designed and didnt give much room for waking to the beds, the tv was impossible to see except from one bed.

Stayed for 3 night for over $800 my room wasnt cleaned my whole stay there. Went to get towels at the front desk twice.
One of the nights they ran out of water bottles how does that happen when you know you have guests staying?!
I got charged a parking fee and I didnt even have a car.
Their breakfast is not good they serve powdered eggs.
