Nothing, it was run down and the rooms were in awfully kept shape
Negatives:
The front desk staff was very rude when I was trying to let him know that they had our booking wrong, we booked a non smoking room because we were traveling with our 9 year old for a dance competition and didn’t want to stay in a smoking room that’s why I booked a non smoking room. But they had us in a smoking room and he told me they had no other rooms available for us to stay in. Also, we found multiple ants on the bedding of the double bed our 9 year old was supposed to sleep on, and we found a cockroach in the kitchen area.

Thing to like about this experience was the location was minutes from the country club event I was Attending
Negatives:
Having stayed at several other red roof hotels, I was much disappointed with this one. The building itself was in poor repair, the room furnishings were very outdated, the tile ceiling, stucco walls, were outdated

It had roaches crawling all over the room the staff was horrible no consideration for the customer room was completely disgusting me and the wife packed up we was only there for 2 hours seen the roaches still waiting for our refund never ever go to red roof inn Sutton

Disgusting, nasty and front desk staff wearing flip flops and yoga pants while laying on sofa watching movies on phone allowing phone to ring and ring and then say she just didn't want to answer it.... Disgusting work ethics, will look elsewhere.
