I was frauded: my booking was confirmed, then I sent a message about late arrival, which was confirmed by the hotel, but when we arrived the receptionist on duty told us that there was no booking in their system at all. Nevertheless they had already charged my credit card. AND: they even refused to give a room for another payment.
