The first room I was given when I checked in was filthy! The refrigerator was dirty inside & out and a dead roach was in it, the floor was filthy. I asked for another room & the floor & kitchen shelves were dirty as well. I will NEVER go there again!!!

For some reason, the thermostat was set to 86° in the room and it was difficult to bring the temperature down to something normal.

The front desk person was wonderful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room was dirty and your feet stuck to the floor when walking across the room. The cupboards we dirty and the bathroom wasn't up to par either. The reservation was supposed to have a queen size bed but it only had a full-size bed.
