The bed is very comfortable and clean with extra blankets in the closet. Love the kitchen and the sink. Love the sofa and the TV sets both in my suite and living room. Love the breakfast buffet. Love the friendly staff and others.
Negatives:
So far I love the hotel. I stayed about 3 nights there, but I didn't see any housekeeping to clean my unit (maybe because I didn't request...I don't know). I was expecting the housekeeping can clean my unit or change the towel or put a new toilet paper.
Positives:
Very clean, modern, and well kept. We were there with a group of family, around 30 of us. We were there for the Michigan game. There were plenty of places to gather, the outdoor fire pit was amazing! The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great, very clean and stocked. The manager was awesome! The housekeeping was terrific and kept out of the way.

The check was horrible. The clerk put the information in wrong and it took over 30 minutes and me contacting booking customer service twice to get it fix. The first room they put me in was not clean and the second room stink of old cigarette smoke. Horrible experience.

The breakfast attendant. I let her know the waffle mix was out. She looked at me and kept walking. I was not addressed at all . Then she came back and said, "You have to be gentle.with it" but it was not working when I walked up so how Was I to know.

The location, overall aesthetic and the politeness of the staff. I will say that there was a lady that went over and above the call of duty when there was medication left in the room. It was a very expensive medication that required refrigeration and she ensured that it was refrigerated for hours until we could come and get it.
Negatives:
The rooms and halls were thoroughly neglected by housekeeping. They did a very poor job of cleaning. The same chip crumbs remained in the hall all 4 days of my stay. Our room had crumbs on the sofa bed in the mattress with stains on the linens. Not to mention the bathroom. With the only alternative was to another subpar room. Highly disappointed because the overall grounds are nice modern and something to attract quality customers. However, at the rate the housekeeping team is going that will be another ran down hotel in no time.
