Location and the funcionality of the facility was very good. The restaurant was clean and the food was also very good. the bar excellent.

On the weekend days saturday and sunday may be a diferent person who cared for the room but the forgoit to leave coffe, towels and one day the bed was not made.

Customer service was horrible, I arrived at the hotel and my room wasn’t ready. My check in time was 4 pm and when I asked ,when it would be ready the reply was I don’t know we have no clean rooms. Instead of trying to make me understand what was going on I was treated rudely and with no concern. When I asked to speak to a manager he just pointed in the direction to where he was standing. The staff didn’t even try and ask the manager to come over and talk to me or anything. So my only choice was to walk away and try and find somewhere else for my husband and I to stay.

We stayed on room 1223 which is next to the staff elevator. The noise is in the room is similar to an underground train station making it impossible to sleep.
The reception charged me 3 times for incidental charges that I didn’t use and was told it would take 3-5 days to refund the unauthorised charges

Front desk staff. Restaurant management horrible. Old pizza in room refrigerator. Some sort of bug in shower. Almost three weeks and still haven't received incidental money. The arrangement states that you will not be billed until you reach the Front desk. They charged my card while I was still driving from ny. While driving I had to use my card for repairs. So when I hot to hotel I was notified my card declined. I informed staff they weren't supposed to run card until the customer arrives. I was told that's just what we do.tried to order food from restaurant but everyone was seemed to be unsatisfied due to bartender arguing and bein understaffed. So I went to bed hungry. Came back next morning for breakfast and nothing ready at the 630 am starting time as listed. So I just checked out and hot my discounted parking that got me hustled for $50 instead of the listed price . I probably should've eaten the foul smelling pizza left in refrigerator.
