Positives: The best thing I can say is the price was cheap.

Negatives: The room had cobwebs with dead bugs,the heater was dirty,the floor was stained,the mattress was stained. There was no blanket/comforter on the bed. There was a place to hang coats,but not hangers. The tissue box was empty. The TV was difficult to navigate,and the screen was weird. Around midnight a loud noise started and continued... I ended up leaving. I should have asked for a complete refund of my money.
