I liked that the staff accommodated us as much as possible to his advantage

Ny husband and I traveled 2 hours attend a family birthday party. We received access to our first room absolutely disgusting and horrendous. The mattress comforter had human stains unacceptable and other areas in the room not clean. So receive another room from the staff same issue human stains Comforter, smell grotesque in both rooms and others areas not clean. I understand about the refund possibly but I would not received hotel to anyone out of town or friends. Felt very unsafe with residences. Never again
