Great location! Very clean. Staff was very nice.
Negatives:
We booked this for a staycation / romantic weekend. It’s definitely not suited for that. Very modern/cold decor.. the room was completely gray/black. not a comfortable place to relax. I’ve also never stayed somewhere that had no art on the walls. Also we stayed for two nights and had no one come and make the bed between nights (maybe we needed to request that? Not sure)

Highly recommend if staying for an event at Van Andel Arena. Took us 5 minutes to walk to the arena, super convenient.
Negatives:
Parking could be better. Theres a parking garage across the street but the hotels monitored parking garage is behind that one. Theres a small public parking lot right next to the hotel but you have to pay every time you come and go and just to park over night ended up being $50 which is insane

Location was great! Walking distance of everything we needed and event venue. Nearby parking too. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Negatives:
Only thing that was wrong was that the shower bottle was not full. Of course we didn’t realize until one of us went to take a shower, so slightly inconvenient that we had to wait for someone to come fill it. Otherwise everything was great.

Very stylish hotel, well-appointed, clean, and staff was exceptionally helpful. Good location within easy walking distance to DeVos Center, where our event was held.
Negatives:
It seems odd that turndown service isn't standard, and our room had a ton or noise pollution from the room next door, to the point where we had to request security be called to ask them to turn down their TV.
