This Hotel charged me the same unnecessary fee 3 times due to an issue that was out of my control.

Hotel was fine once I got to the room. Took me over 3 hours to contact and get into room. HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF WAS BEYOND RUDE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY KEY>

The Front desk attendant was rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping me or trying to fix the issue. She was willing to just say screw me and tell me she couldnt help me. She turned me away

My first room had no hot water. I called to the front desk to report it. Was told maintenance would come up. Checked an hour later and maintenance has not arrived for work,yet. I had to suggest that they change my room that had a hot water shower.

the black lady with the braids that was working was paying so much attention to her phone she didnt hear us asking her a question and she never even looked up so we said forget it and went back to the room other than that staff was nice
