Several things. Outside screen to my 1st floor room had been pried. Staff didn't know about it. I didn't feel safe. Found crumbs in my bed. I did not eat in bed. I won't stay here again.

Very dated and room was not taken care of. Broken doorknob in bathroom, screen bent up like someone was trying to get in.

I called after I booked the room about the shuttle, they said the would pick me up the shuttle runs that late.To pick me up. I called the hotel the day of my flight 9 times no answer. Got in to Grand Rapids called again 4 times no answer. Had to get Uber

I really liked the shower and the dove soap

They were having a big party and the people were loud and rude. We couldnt get any sleep. We had to get up in the morning exhausted the breakfast was good but by time we got there there was none left. It was just a big problem.

I reserved a room with a bathtub so I could soak my sore muscles (I work in nursing) the bathtub was cracked and had black hair in it. It was disgusting. I should not have had to clean it myself just so I could shower. I do NOT Ggive this hotel any stars

The front desk person would not answer the phone. I attempted 3 times before I called corporate office, where is the customer service

Bath water never got warm. Had to pay an extra $25 for my little dog, which I wasn't aware of previously.
