Positives: It was in a good location. Price wasn’t outrageous.
Negatives: When I got there the lady at the front desk was rude. I wasn’t aware there would be a $100 deposit for incidentals and the room I stayed in had bed bugs but I didn’t notice bites until I left.

Positives: Close to the airport. My flight didn't get in until 11 pm
Negatives: I called after I booked the room about the shuttle, they said the would pick me up the shuttle runs that late.To pick me up. I called the hotel the day of my flight 9 times no answer. Got in to Grand Rapids called again 4 times no answer. Had to get Uber

Positives: I really liked the shower and the dove soap
Negatives: They were having a big party and the people were loud and rude. We couldnt get any sleep. We had to get up in the morning exhausted the breakfast was good but by time we got there there was none left. It was just a big problem.

Negatives: Room had hair in bathtub and a pill on floor that I saw within 2 minutes. Front desk was unattended for about 8 minutes when my card deactivated. Housekeeper showed up and opened my door eventyally

Positives: I reserved a room with a bathtub so I could soak my sore muscles (I work in nursing) the bathtub was cracked and had black hair in it. It was disgusting. I should not have had to clean it myself just so I could shower. I do NOT Ggive this hotel any stars

Negatives: Sheets and towels were stained, sheets had a black ink-like stain that rain up the top where housekeepers should have been able to see it. Had an abundance of hair (that wasn't ours) tucked into the blanket as well. Towels were stained in a miltitude of colors (Reds, browns, blacks) that you could easily see if you didn't hold them to the light. Please spend the extra $20 somewhere else. The Drury inn down the road is much much better.
