The staff was unwilling to accommodate us even after showing them I had paid online!! They were unwilling to accommodate even after talking with a booking.com representative, finally after being there for over a hour and a half we still had to leave and I've not got my money back yet!!!!

I am disappointed that they do not turn the heat on in the hotel until night time came. They offered a space heater which is the first time I ever encountered something like that.

The staff is very friendly....
Positives:
Breakfast was very good. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. The location works well for me when I'm in Lansing. I like the option of swimming in the pool.
Negatives:
The heater was pretty noisy, it did quiet down once it got going. The sheets were pretty thin. The fitness room is too small. The decor is outdated, but I noticed upgrades were in process.
