The breakfast was very good however the time frame for breakfast was ridiculous for somebody on vacation closing before 10:00 a.m. and having to get breakfast before then was an inconvenience especially when you'd like to sleep in on vacation

My husband and I always try to stay here for our Red Wings games because we love the morning staff. The chefs, breakfast area clean-up, and front desk staff are amazing and friendly.

There is never trash bags in the trash cans.

We love the friendly staff. They go out of their way. They always remember us. We always stay here when we need to be in the area.

I can tell that who ever cleaned the room did not take their time .... There was trash left in the can & the mirrors were not cleaned properly...

Elevators move exceptionally slow and one was down. The bathroom floors were not clean. The couch cushions were broken down. All of the staff were not friendly/inviting. Not what I expected for a 4 star rated hotel.

The rooms were very clean . The beds were comfortable and clean. The king suite had a comfy couch . Plenty of space and in good repair.
Negatives:
The room was a bit musty when we first arrived .
There were only 2 towels .
The led light bulbs are too bright and didnt give ambiance to the rooms .

We were there for medical and staff was knowledgeable and Hite was well staffed.

Loved the breakfast omelets. Made just the way I liked it. Was able to meet up with the rest if our group for breakfasts and catching up.
