I liked that the staff came & changed our sheets during the 3 day stay & they brought us extra blankets.
Negatives:
I did not like not having a heater in the room. The room was freezing. I ran the shower to heat/steam up the room for some heat before bed each night. The sheets & towels & blankets are very poor quality as well.

There were no rooms available with king-size beds on the ground level beside the fact that we placed a reservation 2 days prior. We had to pay an extra S22.00 for a jacuzzi room on the ground floor. The jacuzzi was amazingly small. We couldn't use it. There were no tissues in the room. The TV remote didn't work properly
The registration staff had a very bad accent so much so that we couldn't understand him.
The breakfast was dismal. The eating area was not set up. There was one napkin. NO waffle batter or cups for the waffle machine. We had to look for more napkins in the drawers. When I reported the waffle batter issue to the same, none English speaking staff member he mumbled something but did nothing.
We are very disappointed and definitely feel we did not get our money's worth.
