Television didn't work, the temperature in the room would not work no fan, no air, room was so hot. The breakfast room is unbeably hot biscuits had mold on them, bananas were rotten, bagels were hard and stale. I did call up the night shift man and he tried to fix the TV but it still didn't work and by then I was over it. When I told the woman at the desk in the morning she was no help and always in the back room she was horrible, and no help .

The breakfast was minimal to none The hot tub was broken, the pool was freezing. The room was dirty shower head broken and the t v didn't work very well.

The location of the hotel was nice.
Negatives:
The hotel was disgusting! The carpet in our room was torn up in spots, the room smelled liked a hospital, the walls in the bathroom had questionable smudges near the toilet, and it looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in ages.
