Breakfast was grab and go. But the coffee was straight water. The granola bars were so old they were crushed flat, and the muffins that were out were outdated. It shouldn't have been served at all.

Not a single thing in the room. No Coffee pot, No silver ware, dishes, glasses,cups, shampoo, soaps, bible or phone. Nothing. It was empty. We had 6 guests. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. I went to the front desk to ask for bedding. They couldn’t find any pillows to give us from the entire hotel for our one night stay. We slept with two sheets as blankets. They found a coffee pot. The breakfast was absolutely laughable. Crushed granola bars, and packaged muffins. The coffee is only available during breakfast hours and it was labeled “light roast” it was almost clear. Lighter than watered down tea.

The kitchen are was outdated no garbage deposal back in the 90’s the appliances made a lot of noise in the night

It had lots of amenities: kitchen, laundry, fitness room.
Negatives:
It was disorganized. I made the reservation to accommodate 6 people. When we arrived (after midnight), I was told that they didn’t actually have a double room available. We were assigned a room that was supposed to have a king sized bed and pull out couch. When we got to the room, it was a queen bed and pull out couch. I called the front desk and explained and they comp’ed another room. Then we opened the pull out couch, and there were no linens. I went back to the front desk and was handed 2 bags of bedding and the gentleman said he would bring pillows to the room. While I was making the bed, he brought one pillow. Fortunately, there was an extra one on the queen bed. Also, he told us breakfast was served from 6-10 am. We overslept, got there at 9:45 and the staff said they close breakfast at 9:30.

I liked the space and the value.
Negatives:
It was occupied mostly by people that stay there for work alot and linger in areas. It didn't feel safe completely even though it was Northville/Novi. But not too bad. Also the floor was dirty and there was a big boot print left on my floor when I got there. The bed was broken on one corner and the one outlet did not work and there was a bunch of junk under the bed. It was a short stay so I didn't care.
