Love the Hotel.
Love the vinyl flooring vs carpet big upgrade in my book just feels cleaner, and more modern.
The bed was very comfy. The pillows (x4) too soft, give too firmer and 2 soft.
Loved the BIG TV across from the bed you just can not watch it that well from the couch.
Negatives:
#1 the sheets on our King size bed either were too small or were not properly put on the corners kept popping off.
#2 We could not get the menu to scan in and come up on our phones my suggestion is have it come up on the TV so I can call my order in.
#3 Put better exhaust fans in the bathrooms, after showering the floor outside the bathroom gets VERY slippery from moisture!! I nearly fell.

I had a foot surgery and asked the receptionist if I could leave my car parked in the disable spot because its closer to the entrance of the hotel and she said no. Since I couldnt walk I asked her if someone could at least move my car for me or if I could get a disable sticker. She said no and told me if I dont remove my car I was going to get a ticket. I wish Sheraton hotel was more empathetic in situations like this.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The location of the hotel was close to a lot of places (shopping, food, gas) . The beds were beyond comfy!!
Negatives:
Elevator was ALWAYS down. 3 of us even got stuck in it for over 30 min. They had to call the fire department. The manager's response to the issue was outrageous. This issue was the only problem with the stay.

the elevators werent working and i had to use the disgusting service elevator. There was trash on every floor when we got off the elevator. it was trash inside the elevator.
