Two separate rooms and close to the mall/shopping
Negatives:
Dirty, hair all over the place, carpet needed vacuumed, carpet was very dirty, so dirty I didn’t take my shoes off. Only time I’ve felt dirty getting out of the shower. It was only one garbage can in the room and it was super small. Looked like it had throw up at the bottom of it too. My key wouldn’t work three times. So I had to keep going to the front desk for it to work. Overall unpleasant experience. Looks like construction workers use this place so it’s muddy/dirty everywhere. The couches were so bad I had to go to Walmart and buy some sheets just to sit down. This place could use some real TLC and a good deep cleaning. I wish I would’ve listened to my wife and stayed somewhere else! Lesson learned. And I won’t be booking there ever again.

Positives:
The bed was a nice size and very comfortable. It was well worth the cost. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice touch. Lots of room to stretch out
Negatives:
The $150 dollar hold wasn't expected upon arrival and it made check in a bit clunky but the lady at the counter was very understanding and didn't mind helping me through it...3 or 4 times. Maybe make your online prices reflect that in the future

It wasn't the cleanest. I was also charged for parking at the hotel which I had just paid an extra $150.00 on top of the $200 for the room. No breakfast, but I could've gone next door and paid $10 for hotel breakfast. I do not know how to change it from 5 stars cuz this place is NOT 5 stars. I rate it a 2

The location and room size were why we booked here again
Negatives:
The room was dirty we found dirty towels hanging in one of the bedroom closets under the sink. The sink smelled and needed to be rinced out. There was food under the couch. No extra toilet paper had to ask the front desk for supplies the bath tub wasn't clean and all the floors were dirty.

Rude and not very helpful. Had to goto the front desk and ask for sheets for the pull out couch. One of two sheets was still damp. Sheets and blankets were not folded. Room was dirty. Novi Police were there to take a stolen vehicle report from their lot.
