The bathroom had a strong musty smell. The hotel had a large number of college-aged tenants that were gathering and appeared to be drinking alcohol in the lobby on Friday and Saturday night.

I booked with booking and paid for the room through booking. I was charged again for the room. This happened the last time we stayed there. They say it's booking charging for a no show. It was not a no show because we were there.

Hotel was not as clean as it should be and for the price they charge. There were bugs and outdoor debris in the stairwell from the door. We were also disrespected by the hotel by not cleaning our room for our 4 day stay. On the day we verbally requested our room to be clean, one of your housekeepers passed out and an ambulance was called, due to my husband hearing/ noticing she was passed out on floor in a room she was cleaning. The front desk person, didn’t care about the rest of the duties regarding the morning daily duties for the customers and was very disrespectful and unpolite.
