The check in process took an hour and half. For some reason the hotel staff refused to check me in as they wanted to double charge me even though I had paid through booking.com. After the excruciating struggle to check in at 4 AM they gave me dirty room. No bed sheets and burnt out mattress with trash in bathroom. Had to get checked in another room. I blame both the hotel and booking.com

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Room was updated the kitchen area was nicely done. I believe with a nice deep clean to get the smoke smell out and the upgrades that seem to be happening the place will be a great stay.
Negatives:
The place seems to be under construction. There was some cleaning that could have been done to the bathroom the inside of the shower was still dirty and the spa tub I guess we broke and leaking. Curtain had a few stains. you could smell smoke from a few rooms. and the vending machines where a bit pricey.

After a smooth check in i encounter a problem during check out. Someone knoocked on my door at 9am demanding to know my name as if they didn't know from my check in. Then proceeded to try and double charge my card after already charging my fiance card for the lousy stay that i encounter. The toilet reeked of sewer, not sure where the smell came from. Will not be returning. Will not be suggesting to family or friends. Sorry do better i know my worth and this was not IT !

The beds seemed clean and no loud people around us.
Negatives:
The heater in the room worked somewhat blew warm air out the middle and cold air on both sides. The tub and shower was questionable there were water stains on the ceiling and the curtains don’t close and the lights on the building were very bright through the window. The safety lock on the inside of the door was missing a screw so was not able to secure the door. No waffles or pancakes
