Rodeway Inn Metro Airport

Negatives: The place is filthy. The toilet seat didn't stay up, the bathroom door was really dirty and the freezer would not stay closed. The TV has cable but the picture was a tad fuzzy as if it had an antenna for the stations. There were cigarette burns on the sheet and comforter in our "none" smoking room that they wanted an extra $50 deposit for in case of damage or smoking. The room definitely was not properly cleaned as there was dirt and debris still on the floor. I NEVER have wrote a review on here because most times the room was acceptable enough but this is by far the worst room I have been in at this price point and felt people need to made aware.

Negatives: I had to switch rooms due to door not seeming to close properly and no temp to the water. Second room, cigarette burns and hair in sheets, permanent marker scribbled on night table, air conditioner not blowing cold air. Rowdy crowd outside, me and my daughter just couldn't relax and didn't feel safe so we left after 3 hours. Crazy how they make you pay a deposit of $50 when there's so much damage to the rooms already!! Right out side my door boxes of flooring/tile stacked. Property just seems unkept.

Negatives: There was a old mildew smell coming from the AC vents. Further into the room there was a foul smell. Which was coming from the sink, because of food being inside from previous guest. The beds were unkempt. Inside the bathroom there was hair on the toilet as well as throw up remnants. Inside of the tub there was dirt and more hair. We informed the staff they gave us more sheets to put on OURSELVES. when we went for breakfast they only had muffins and coffee and bread. I had to keep going out to my car and smoke

Negatives: lots of comings and goings in the middle of the night made me nervous about people hanging out out side my room a 2 in the morning

Negatives: the had roaches and I asked for my money back to get a different room and wouldn’t give me my money

Negatives: Had no desk or table for my laptop but couldn't get a wifi signal anyway.

Negatives: Everything. It was dirty, toilet in one room wasn't secured to the floor. When flushed sewage came up through the tub. When contacted the hotel directly no refund was offered. This was just a small part of the horrible night spent stuck in Detroit.
