We enjoyed our visit, i want to mention we had the opportunity of meeting the cleaning lady (Lefty) .She was exceptionally kind always smiling and making sure people didn't need anything. She was always going going the extra mile to help make the guests had what they needed. Felt need to mention her smile and kindness, plus the over the top professionalism. Not something we see in hotel service much any more. Thank you Lefty for get service during our visit. Truly appreciated!!

On the website it said that you had a jacuzzi hot tub and when we got there it looked like it had been filled in with cement. I was very disappointed because that was the only reason I booked this room. There was still a half hour left for breakfast and when we got downstairs there was nothing to eat and when we asked for extra bread or milk the kid that was running the breakfast bar had a very bad attitude when we ask for anything. I will never go to this establishment again I was very disappointed and upset!!!!!!

No hair conditioner, only shampoo. No travel size lotion. The carpet around the nightstand had crumbs and gummy snack left from previous guests. Towel was stained. Bedding had holes. Dresser had a piece of facing/ stripping falling off. Phone did not work. Alarm clock difficult to work.

RECENT NEW MANAGEMENT. BREAKFAST FEATURED EGGS AND BACON AND CARB CHOICES. ROOM WAS CLEAN. GUESTS WERE QUIET. CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR RESTAURANTS SHOPPING AND MAJOR ROAD ACCESS.

There were holes in the comforters of the beds and in the sheets. There were numerous long, black hairs on my pillowcase (not mine). Apparently there was a large group with small children and we were put right in the middle of this group instead of them being put together. Screaming children, running up and down hallways, trash everywhere, booze bottles littering the hallways. It was a complete nightmare. Never again.
