Candace at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accomodate us. We got stuck in a blizzard on our way to South Dakota and were very fortunate to have found this place on a moment's notice. Free breakfast included eggs, omelets, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, coffee, OJ.

location/and that they filled my request for a first floor due to my mom being mature in age.
Negatives:
The carpets were soaked due to shampooing the day we checked in. We had to wear our shoes, not our slippers, each and every time we stepped on the floor. The smell of the shampoo was very strong. I asked to move but the host said no due to it was booked. My mom is 76 years old and the bathroom floor had been waxed and it was like an ice skating rink. We had to call and get towels to put down on the floor which were slipper as well. We did't have comforters on the beds so we had to call for that. The next morning I spoke to the attendant and she informed we should have never been put in that room. It was total chaos.
