A pretty good stay, and...

The pool area was extremely beautiful and beds are extremely comfortable!

The man in the room below us threatened to come shut my 3 year old up for walking around 10 minutes into our stay. He then called up to our room to continue to threaten us. The next day he starts screaming at us while she’s still sleeping to shut our kids up. He then proceeded to go outside to smoke and scream at us through the window continuing to threaten to come beat us up and call the cops. The man who was working the front desk wasn’t very helpful with the situation and told us to ignore him. The lady though did come to us in the pool area and switched our room to the other side of the hotel since he was living at the hotel. I was just extremely disappointed my family didn’t feel comfortable our first night and my daughter was extremely scared. We stay at hotels often and this has never been a problem. It was just a very disappointing first night which ruined our trip!
