Blankets on bed were cold and flat. Definitely a deterrent for theft because no one wants them. Something warm and cozy would be like a piece of home, comfortable and inviting

We had booked well over a month before our stay and when we checked in, they had overbooked the hotel. They offered to "upgrade" us to a king suite for free since they were overbooked on a double queen which we had reserved. This would have been fine since our teenage daughter was traveling with us and she could have slept on the couch in a suite, but we were only given the "upgrade" of a double queen room, to a king room. So my daughter had to sleep on the floor. (DISGUSTING) Then on top of that the shower was broken and the toilet as well.

The bed was hard, pillows were bricks and the mini fridge froze everything (tried changing the cooling level but it didnt work). Breakfast was just ok.

Was nasty filthy. Dirty wash cloths hanging on the shower curtain. Carpet w was sticky. Bed was much to be desired. This place was not what I have experienced with Amercinn.

the self serve waffle maker in the breakfast was a hit !!!!! Location was excellent for our meeting the next day. Also many restaurants and services near by

Overall, the hotel was clean , except for in the shower in room 119 there was some mold on the ceiling and upper wall tiles.
