I enjoyed the spa pool, bar, and grill. Breakfast was so awesome. The double queen room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Laser tag was a hit.

My rom wasn't what I reserved on booking.com and booking.com would not do anything about it. I reserved a 2 bunk room and got a 1 bunk 1 queen and had to end up buying another room that costed more. I wouldn't reserve from booking.com again.

The splash area, the water seemed really cold. Our 2yr old avoided getting wet in this area because it was so cold.

Our heat went out in our hotel room while it was negative degree weather outside. There was nothing they could do since there were no other rooms available. Our TV remote didn't work and our shower water was extremely rough.
