The hotel overbooked our reservation and moved us to a much less nice hotel 20 minutes away without ever telling us. They blamed the communication error on booking.com but never informed the third party of any change so we were 4 hours away from home and found out we weren’t staying at the hotel we reserved specifically because of the location and meeting other family there. Very disappointing.

The facility is very tired. Carpet in hallways is worn out. The facility advertises itself as a airport hotel with shuttle service. It does not have a shuttle. There is nothing near the hotel. I would recommend a different place for a airport stay
