Negatives:
When I made my reservation, I requested an early check-in, but upon arrival, I was informed by the hotel staff that there was a fee for early check-in, which caught me off guard. On the day of my departure, I called the front desk in the morning to inquire about paying for a half-day stay, as my train wasn't until later that night and I needed a place for my kids to rest. However, at 8 PM, I received an abrupt call from the front desk, insisting that I check out immediately or face additional charges. To our surprise, we also noticed a camera in the corner of the room, which made us uncomfortable. This occurred in room number 436

It was connected right to the mall.

The doors to the rooms slam really loud and it kept waking me up everytime someone was coming or going from there room.

Location was great, housekeeping did a great job as well. Room was very clean.

Overpriced for what you get as the room was nothing special. And it was very noisy. Constant door slamming and hallway conversations. Seems we paid more for a fancy lobby and the location.

The room had not been cleaned properly, waste was still in the trash cans from prior. No directions or information on how to access information for the TV and/or services. The room temperature was very difficult to manage.

There is no microwave in the rooms. There were two small microwaves located on the third floor only.

The location, its a quick skyway walk to the MOA. The room was super clean and very up to date. Housekeeping stopped by daily.
Negatives:
Beds too firm, no pillow top. Parking was $24/day. The pool: too many kids, water super cloudy, a layer of foam & oil on the surface. No hot tub. The hallway is at least a 1/4 mile long with no decor. It gives off The Shining vibes.
