Unfortunately, Heather did not function properly, resulting in our discomfort in a cold room for two days. It is disappointing that we did not receive any form of apology from the hotel management.

Terrible experience
Positives:
Building was very nice and staff were great. Breakfast was not included for the rate. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent and somewhat fancy. Same restaurant was also a delicious dinner place (with stellar service) where our large extended family (14 people) was able to eat together. Area has many hotels and businesses, not glamorous but perfect for our needs, located between families and church.
Negatives:
The beds were just a bit too hard for my taste. Not a deal breaker.

Positives:
The room was large, the bed was comfortable. Much softer than most hotel beds that are like slabs of concrete. The shower was awesome with great water pressure and a fancy rainy showerhead. I also liked the carpet in the room.
Negatives:
The French doors on the bathroom had a large gap in them. Girlfriend was too shy to poop in there, so we had to go to a gas station down the road. I think the backlight in the TV is going out so that probably needs to be replaced.

Great friendly staff, great location and easy in and out very nice up to date rooms brought back some nice memories I had attended our Company Christmas party at this Facility back in 1981 or 1982 while I believe this was a Sofitel Hotel

No restaurant on Sunday. No food available after 10:00 pm. No coffee available on Sunday. Stayed on the 6th floor, definitely not worth the expense. Poor quality bathroom products.
