Its smelled horrible like weed and cigarettes. Pool was shut down Breakfast was just cereal and waffles Our room wasnt cleaned before we arrived. Our room window was open. When we arrived.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Mold in the room on the walls.unfinsihed construction. Two tvs one of which was broken. Carpet tore up and only one trash can in room. Scratches all over the walls fridge was filthy. Stains all over the carpet that were not just stains, it was crap stuck to the floor in multiple places looked like poop. Had to pay another 20 bucks for a pet fee non refundable.

Checked into our first room && got bit up by bed bugs. Told front desk person. Put us in another room. Gave us two nights free. I have very bad bite marks all over my back, arms && legs from the hotel still.

Long term customer living there, smell of cigarettes/weed smell inside and lack of breakfast foods. Shampoo, conditioner and soap looks to be like it’s used and refill half and 3/4 way full.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was it was close to my work.
Negatives:
When I was looking to check in, no one was there for 15 min. I called the hotel and rang the bell and jo one was around until a cleaner came byband saw mecthen a minute later someone was there.
There were loud pounding noises coming from down the hall from me till midnight, and no one answered the phone when i called to complain.
The shower never warmed up. So, I ended up taking a cold shower.
I needed a room to stay that was close to work but also on the cheap end as I was only going to be there for less than 12 hours. So, on one end, you get what you pay for. But I've also stayed at cheap hotels before that were way better. I won't be staying here again.

The people next door made complaints every of noise and it was just me and my mom no visitors, I be sleep or she be sleep barely there , staff was very ignorant to the fact or sympathetic about the situation , pool out of order, laundry room was out of order, curtains are old and torn.
