The staff was very flexible and helpful when I needed them.

The breakfast was lacking and they didnt ever replenish the food. The parking lot was not the best- hard to navigate. Hallways smelt really bad. Rooms were pretty clean but could have been better in some areas.

Hot tub was broken, washer and dryer were broken, big sheet rock hole in chemical room in pool area, pool area bathroom door didnt shut/lock, out of tile it paper and paper towels. Needless to say we will not being staying here again, lesson learned.

The night staff were very hospitable. My room was clean and spacious. The price was great and the location was perfect.

Bring your own pillow!The pillows were uncomfortable.I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway.I asked for a late checkout of noon which the night staff said would be fine.At 10:55, I was woke up by the loud banging to be out by 11.

I liked that the room was clean, mostly updated to modern standards (smart tv, new furniture) and the parking lot was newly paved. Staff was friendly. My fav Mexican food place right across the parking lot! Great experience!
Negatives:
The hot tub still not working and no plans according to staff as to if/when it will ever work. Brought bathing suit specifically to take in a hot tub.
