The rooms are not cleaned in a timely manner and the refrigerator has a bad odor.

No front desk reception, from 11pm-7am. Said free continental breakfast, I was going to leave for school at 6:15am and there was nothing available at all. Went to take a shower before I was leaving and the shower was running at least 5 minutes before I got in and the water was still ice cold, I was short on time to get to class, but finally when I was almost done with the shower the water started getting warm. Light above the sink did not work.

Close this place or turn it into a pet store
Positives:
This hotel looks like nothing fancy on the outside but was reasonably clean and comfortable in the room. The bed was soft and supportive, the staff was friendly. I felt safe traveling there alone. Overall a good solid choice for the price. On the main road between east grand forks and Grand Forks ND, accessible to airport and UND campus.

Breakfast was very basic. Only white bread and bagels. Only grape jam. Maybe some bananas and apples. A little more variety would have been nice.
