The Russian desk clerk was very rude to me. Room was dirty: blood/poop stains on the bathroom door, hair on the mattress and mattress protector, dirt exposed and accumulating on the box spring. Glasses not washed. Our 3 rooms were on different floors.

Great suites. We liked the kitchenette and extra seating for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were also nice!

There is remodeling still in progress. Everything was freshly painted, but fixtures needed to be reinstalled and there was a lot of drywall dust on the floor.
