Location is great, facilities and amenities were spectacular. The restaurant Tulibee had an incredible breakfast/brunch and would recommend booking a reservation with them if you plan on staying at the Hewing.
Negatives:
The parking situation is sparse to say the least, but if they do have vallet parking for those who dont mind paying the extra fee for less hassle. There are plenty of parking options only a block or so away for cheaper so if you dont mind walking a block then thats a good cheaper alternative to vallet.

Staff was not as friendly as we hoped for at this "high end" hotel. We were stared at often and not greeted warmly. The security gal made us feel more uncomfortable than safe- always leaning against a wall and seemingly watching every move uncomfortably.
