Great location. Walkable from the airport, though it was a little tricky to find the way there without help. Clean. Good coffee.

Parking. Where were we supposed to park our rental car? Every spot was designated for valet parking and when we pulled into one spot just to pack and load our car, we were immediately told not to park there. It was pretty expensive.

The hotel itself is beautiful! Entire place was clean, well kept and the location is view is amazing being at the airport. And I absolutely loved the bathroom with the TUB!! Great Experience.
Negatives:
I was very disappointed to find out you could not order breakfast from room service. Just Dinner! I would think a 4 star restaurant would have that! I had to order from the cafe and have a heated up frozen soggy breakfast sandwich....NOT 4 STAR AT ALL!!!

During check in they could not find my reservation. They had it for 3/23 instead of 3/20. That was completely inaccurate and I had the confirmation number to prove it. We were flying out on 3/21 so there was no way I booked 3/23. It took the front desk staff quite a while toget it sorted out for some reason. My family with 2 kids stood their very anxious and concerned over the mix up. It makes me hesitant to book here again. The front desk clerk told me it was because I booked through a 3rd party. That made nonsense to me but I was not going to argue. They were not very friendly about it.
