Location is very good. The room decor is nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and my room is normally excellent. This room had a large duct running across in front of the window so I could not get to the window easily to open or close the drapes & it was noisy. No soap in the bathroom.

The bar closed before my event was over. So could not enjoy a beverage after the event. Staff was there but would not serve us 1 drink. Poor . Cost of toom was expensive

The listing doesn't mention that these rooms do not have a view to the outdoors. It was just a pod that looked out into a hallway. When I asked for another room, they tried to charge me an upgrade fee. Total, utter scam.

There were so many wonderful gems within this hotel, such as - the wonderful staff such as the fronts desk guy. - the rooms were sparkling clean and classy - the security, we could only reach our room by using our key in the elevator

If I had to pick one thing it would be that it would be nice to have parking included, but hotel employee made sure that we had ease of access within the parking garage.

The front desk staff was very helpful, accommodating about the amenities that the hotel has to offer, The staff also was very knowledgeable about the downtown events and the local bars and restaurants available to us, which was appreciated

The parking pass that the hotel offers is much higher than the public parking ramp costs on the weekend. Getting extra towels could be easier. Very self-service hotel model.
