The location was great and the price.
Negatives:
The lobby area where the bar and restaurant was very dirty. Food was smashed on the floor, chairs and tables were sticky and had not been wiped down. There was staff just standing around gossiping about others.

The very loud air circulation system runs 24h. Even with earplugs was difficult to sleep.

The artwork is nice. Good shower and amenities. Workout facility is nice.
Negatives:
We were stuck in a floor with a massive party with loud music for the entire night. Made several calls to the front desk to have it addressed, and yet it was not handled until after 4 am. Very disappointed to have no real repercussions for the people that were blasting music, and no form of compensation for the complete disturbance of our evening.
