Great facility! The staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated that pool towels were available for use. The room was huge with plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. It's close to everything in the Cities.

There were stink bugs in the room, on the bed and floor. The manager rather than apologizing and helping fix the issue and refund us, just dodged our phone calls. I had to go to Hilton customer service to get a response and a refund.
