We did not eat the breakfast. Was far from our room

Electric face plate missing by chair in room 124. Fan switch in bathroom is broken. Found dead cricket by refrigerator.

Staff was beyond polite and helpful. Even though their hands were tied in trying to fix my reservation.
Negatives:
The hotel was adequate - your website prompted me to click "Do you want a reservation for tonight?" Picked a room, an arrival time, entered my personal data and cc, then at conformation I had a reservation for the NEXT night. People at hotel can not change it. You do not list a customer service number anywhere online and tell me to go to the "extranet" - WTH is the extranet? Hotel personnel finally found a number - I dialed- machine answered - wanted my conformation number from email- I was on the road - no email - CLICK - machine hung up.
