The hotel staff was wonderful. We were there for a dog show. I asked for a room on the first floor and they were able to give me one on the first floor and near the back door so loading our vehicles every day was much easier. The hotel breakfast was great
Negatives:
The only hiccup we had was when we came back to the hotel for the second night of our stay, we discovered that our room keys wouldnt let us in the back door. The hotel staff had mistakenly only activated our room keys for one night. Issue was fixed.
