I cannot rave about this place more, I have booked it multiple times and I never have had a bad or even mid experience. Its always excellent. Top to bottom, expecially for the price per night!
Negatives:
The only and I mean its a small thing, is that the location is a few miles further away from the Mayo Clinic. But they truly make up with it for free transportation back and forth to the facility.

it wasnt busy so it was nice and quiet. breakfast was good.

the pool was ice cold and the beds are very hard
