The hotel was in a good location and the amenities and staff were wonderful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and welcoming.
Negatives:
The complaint that I have is that I was stuck in a room that was next to some type of utility room and I was woken up several times with the noise. I also heard next door neighbors as clear as day. The walls seem to be paper thin.
Positives:
The hotel location was convenient to the University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine, downtown St. Paul, and downtown Minneapolis. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with glasses, dishes and silverware and cooking supplies were available at the front desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and take and go food.
Negatives:
Preparation and re-supplying the hot breakfast selections could not keep up with the number of people attending breakfast during peak hours. Many people gave up waiting for the hot food selections and settled for the take and go and/or cereal choices.

Positives:
The suite was very nice. The facility is fairly new and in good condition, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, we drove into the city from out of state, the hotel is just off the main road that we used to go to our daughters wedding reception and also near her home, shopping and gas. I know where we will stay next time we visit or travel elsewhere.
