That booking.com didn't let the hotel know dates were changed and we almost didn't have a place to stay.

We were placed into a room on the 3rd floor and it smelled like smoke. The front desk women were annoyed that I had shown concern and request politely if we could get another room. We had our 3 children with us and we did not appreciate the smoke smell. An older man was very nice and apologized. The women put us in a different room on tbe 2nd floor and it was dirty, beds weren't made so I asked for another room due to the room not being ready. The lady rolled her eyes and put us in another room. It was a handicap room, so there was a tub. The bathtub was dirty and had pieces of material in it and the sheets had marks on them. It was not comfortable, very dirty and rude staff. Very unhappy with our experience

With near 100 degree temperatures outside, the working AC was a real treat! the working fridge was also very welcome. Clean and nice breakfast options. Thanks.

We let check out staff know, but room 320 had a tub leak. Not really an issue to us, as I couldn't hear it i from bed.
