The rooms facing the pool were SO loud, and kids were yelling and playing in the area until 11:30pm.

We were not told at check-in
time or anytime at all about the hot tub not working when we were there. And we were not credited at all for the inconvenience of it not working. Which was such a bummer because I was really looking forward to that after the end of a busy day.
