Positives:
Nothing at all. There wasn’t anything to like.
Negatives:
Absolutely filthy. Didn’t get the room I originally booked.. pee on floor and toilet, dirty towel in tub that obviously wasn’t cleaned, stunk like cigarettes but claims to be non smoking, stains visible on bed. Filthy floor. Asked for a different room, still not one I booked, clean appearing bed but I was traumatized from the other room, noisy bed, filthy floor, pee on floor and toilet again, used soap in shower.. and to top it off, roaches.. I wouldn’t even let my service dog walk on the floor. He stayed in his kennel over night and I couldn’t get a refund. I barely slept and the doors are hard to shut and open properly or lock properly. I’d have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.. honestly, they need to step that up. Maybe worth 30$ a night. Oh… and no remote or soap or shampoo..

The manager, Stephanie, has helped us any way she possibly could during our time of need. The rest of the staff (front office, maintenance and housekeeping) were equally accommodating and friendly. I can't thank them enough!

there was mold on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom, the hair dryer didnt work, microwave didnt work, the floors were sticky, didnt have enough towels(when ask for more (very rudely)said they didnt have any more

Trash all on the ground outside the rooms the grass was not cut very high people outside fixing on cars like it was a mechanic shop very disappointed and som of my lights in the room didn’t work called front desk no one never showed up request for some more towels never received them

it was dirty the sheets had stains all over them the bathroom was moldy and disgusting! The staff on duty said they did not have housing cleaning available and someone was fighting and breaking things in the room next to ours! My son was terrified so we ended up checking out after being there only 30 mins to a hour

There was no breakfast but was supposed to be.
Negatives:
Everything!!! It was nasty, bathtub clogged up, floors had my kids socks black, only two towels in the room but I booked it for four people and they said they didn’t have anymore. No breakfast was provided but was told they provided it. I booked the room for two Queen beds but was given two double beds and had to keep it.

Sheets was nasty floor was nasty hole in curtain shower curtain was nasty gnats was in the room and I called when I got in room and complained of sheets having stains and didn’t get any clean ones I had to go buy clean cover for me and my kids to sleep on and under never again
