Quality Inn & Suites Southwest

Negatives: The worker at the front desk! She threatened me, cursed me out, called her family (who lives on the premises), she charged my debit card even though I had already paid through booking.com.

Negatives: We reserved two rooms and at checkin were told that we only reserved one room. Desk attendant was very rude! Said she didn't have rooms together. Took over 25 minutes to get keys to the rooms ~ several rooms apart. The fire alarm was chirping in one of the rooms so had to go back to desk. She then gave us two more rooms several rooms apart and the smell was awful. After being given 5 different rooms we finally got two rooms about 5-6 rooms apart. It took almost an hour to get into our rooms after driving 12 hours. I am not a picky person. As long as a room is clean and we can get a good night's sleep, I am happy. But the rooms were not clean, the person working the desk was flat rude and I was not able to have my elderly mother close to me as requested. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot and around the motel. It was very uncomfortable. This was not my first time staying at a Motel 6 and I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Motel!
